· MIDASKART.COM offer a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
· All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
· All items purchased from MIDASKART.COM can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
Returns are accepted only in case there is a damage/wrong product received.
· The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a coupon code in their MIDASKART.COM account.
· Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
o The items should be unused.
o The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.
o They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
· Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
· A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
· In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to MIDASKART.COM. In this case, an amount of 120% of the shipping charges will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Shipping Cost will have to pe paid to be paid by the customer in case of reverse shipping also. Cost will be reimbursed on coupon basis as mentioned above.
· Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
