Returns and Replacement

Return Policy

  • Midaskart offers an easy 3 day Return Policy.
  • Products ordered are Returnable only in case if the product delivered is damaged.
  • Customers are requested not to accept any packages for which seal is broken.
  • All returned items must be unused and tags if any should be intact. 
  • Refund will be provided in Form of Coupon Applicable on further orders at
  • In case a replacement is available then no refund will be initiated, and replacement will be provided to the customer. 
  • Coupons Provided will be valid for 30 days from the date of Coupon Generation.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Product must be unused.
  • Refund will be initiated only after the product passes the quality test.
  • Return Request must be places within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • In case the pin-code is not serviceable for return pickup, customer may self ship the product, and shipping cost will be reimbursed in form of coupon for further purchases at
  • Self Shipping via Speed Post/India Post will not be preferred, Customers are requested to use reliable courier services. 
  • Once we receive the products, in case of COD Orders, Customer will be sent an Email as well an SMS asking for Bank Details for Crediting the Refund Amount, In case No Reply is received within 3 days, Products will sent back to the customer and does not hold any responsibility for any damages. Further the refund amount may be credited in form of coupon to customers account with other T&C Attached and in such case, the products will not be returned back.

Damages Coverage Policy

  • Damages cover in Broken Pieces. 
  • Any piece or part which gets detached in transit is not covered under damages.
  • Hooks of earrings do not require proper finishing as it is not visible. In case the hook doesn't get into the ears or the hook is detached, replacement will be sent and no refund will be possible.
  • Other damages will be inspected as and when midaskart is informed about the issue. 

Return Process

  • Login to your account at
  • Go to My Account Section
  • Choose the order for which return requested is to be placed.
  • Click on the Return Item against the Product to be returned.
  • Customers can also email us at with all details and we will process the same.
  • Customers are requested to click a product picture instantly in case of damages as a proof.
  • During quality, any damage done intentionally can be easily identified by our inspection team, and this will be leave product un-returnable and customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to the address of the customer. 

Please Note, reserves all rights to change its return policy as per its convenience any time. Returns Policy as on order date will be applicable for the particular order in case there is any change in the policy.
